Our Specialist IT Division offers:

1. Standard Permanent Recruitment Solution

Our standard offering includes the following services:

• CV Screening: We shortlist potential candidates and send you only the 3 best matches for your IT job.
• Pre-interviewing: We interview and qualify all of the candidates that we submit for IT jobs.
• Counter-Offer Screening: We screen our candidates for counter-offer and give advice, where needed.
• Candidate Checking: Kroll Checks and References: We use Kroll to conduct credit, criminal, qualification and South African ID number checks on each candidate submitted. We also obtain written references.
• Offer closure: We work closely with our candidates and clients to close offers made.
• Recruitment Process Tracking: We follow each candidate’s recruitment process and are able to offer career advice to our candidates and make recruitment suggestions to our clients.
• Candidate Handover: We keep in regular contact with our placed candidates to assist with settling in to their new role.

We assign a dedicated Permanent Consultant to each client account.

3. On-Site Recruiter Solution

We work with you, on your site, to streamline your permanent recruitment processes.

4. Ad Response Handling Solution

We are able to manage the ad response that you receive.
