- ADvTECH Limited, who owns Insource.ICT, was rated 75 th in the Financial Mail’s Top 200 Empowerment Companies Survey in 2008 and 2009.
- Our BEE Partner is Kapele Appointments. Kapele is an internal BEE initiative which is 30% owned by black management and staff.
- ADvTECH Limited is SETA accredited and offers learnership opportunities to HDI (Historically Disadvantaged Individuals) candidates. The IT learnership candidates provide internal desktop support to Insource.ICT.
- ADvTECH Limited has spent millions on education bursaries.
- 2006: R31 million spent on bursaries.
- 2007: R33 million spent on bursaries.
