1. Our ‘BB’ - Level 6 Empowerdex rating is an advantage to our client’s own preferential procurement rating.
2. We are committed to improving our IT candidate database profile. Right now, more than 50% of Insource.ICT’s 35,000-strong candidate database are HDI (Historically Disadvantaged Individual) or PDI (Previously Disadvantaged Individual).
   This ensures that, not only are we committed to assisting HDI and PDI IT candidates, we are well placed to assist our IT clients achieve internal Employment Equity targets.
